The morning came quickly and before lunchtime, they landed back in sunny Orlando. Mya was happy to see the familiar surroundings and also happy to see her car back in perfect condition as it sat in the driveway of her house.

"Hey your car looks good now!" Justin exclaimed. It was the first time that he saw the car that Mya had told him all about at the club that one night.

"Yeah she does." Mya smiled as she rubbed her hands over where there used to be knife marks in it.

Amy jumped towards the front door. "C'mon, lets go surprise your mom!"

Mya looked up and smiled as she and Justin hurried to the door and quickly walked in. The house was quiet except for the light sounds coming from the TV down at the end of the long hallway.

"Mom! I'm home!"

"Mya? Is that you?"

"Yeah, its me." she replied as they all followed her. Justin gazed into the huge living room that was adorned with white carpet, white furniture, a big screen TV, and floor to ceiling windows that looked out into the inground swimming pool and the ocean after that.

"Very nice." Justin complimented.

"What are you doing here?" her mother jumped up to give her a hug.

"Well, its a long story but to make things short, I met the co-star of the movie which happened to be Justin Timberlake from *NSYNC. We kinda hit things off so we've been hanging together the past week, unbelievable as that sounds. And, so, he flew us all back here with him because he has some music business to take care of."

Her mother looked at her strangely. "You are telling me that you met this Justin kid from that boy group and out of all people you are the one he chose to hang out with?"

Mya, Amy and Drew laughed. Justin stood in the hallway and laughed lightly at her mother's very little knowledge of the current popular music these days.

"I told you it was a little unbelievable. We even get to meet the other guys from the group, too."

"So, what about L.A.?"

"Well, I had the audition yesterday morning. We are going back in three days. If there is a decision on final cuts til then, then Justin will let me know."

"I still don't believe this whole Justin thing." her mom snickered.

"He is right here mom." she stopped and looked back at the doorway. "Justin, come here!"

Slowly, Justin appeared in the living room. Seeming a bit nervous, he blushed a little, throwing his tough guy image way out of whack. "Hi, ma'am." he said softly with his best southern accent.

"Oh my Lord, you are that guy that Mya has plastered all over her walls in her bedroom."

"Mom!"

"Oh yeah? You didn't tell me about that." Justin laughed.

"Thanks alot mom!" Mya joked.

"So, when am I gonna meet those other cute boys?" her mom said slyly.

"I can bring 'em by tomorrow if thats okay?" he replied.

"Sure, that should be fine. See if I can recognize them from any other posters!" she laughed.

"How bout you show me those posters sometime?" Justin whispered in a low, sexy voice in Mya's ear.

"Anyway," Mya changed the subject. "We're all gonna go meet the guys, see how they do their thing at the studio and then we'll back. You don't mind if everyone stays over tonight, do ya?"

Without hesitation, her mother's face lit up like the sun. "Of course I don't mind. Can't say that I ever had a celebrity in my house."

"Ok, mom. We'll be back."

"Be careful." she replied in her motherly worried tone.

They all walked back into the hallway and down to the foyer. "She's sweet." Justin said to Mya as he opened the door.

"Yeah, she's great." she added as she grabbed the keys to the Cabrio on the wall.

"I wonder why I like you, then. You're just like her."

Mya was now the one blushing as they all jumped into her car. Justin gave the directions for the hour ride to the studio and they were all anxious to meet the rest of the guys.

The guys stayed around the studio for a couple hours, letting Mya, Drew and Amy watch as they worked their magic. The three also got a tour of the rest of the building, getting a glimpse of the other things they did at the studio. Afterwards, they were all hungry and they decided to go for a bit to eat. Lance and Joey were excited to meet the three of them, especially, Mya, since they were the only ones that did not meet her at the club in L.A.

"She is so cool, Just. Your pretty lucky." Lance said to him as they stood in the hallway that led to the bathrooms of the restaurant.

"Hey, no gettin' any big ideas." Justin joked.

"Yeah right. But for real though, she is a really nice person. I hope she gets that part. You'd both look good together on screen."

"Yeah, I know what ya mean. I hope she does get that part just so I can keep seein' her." Justin replied as he looked back out at the table at Mya who was laughing to a joke that Chris had just told. He could tell with everyone's hands over their faces that it must have been one that he had told a million times or more.

"You're not going to keep seeing her if she doesn't get the part?" Lance divereted his attention back to him.

"Well, yeah, I want to, but, I don't think she will want to be if she is here and I'm in L.A."

Lance became more concerned as he searched for some advice. "Well have you two talked about this yet?"

"Not yet. I think we're both afraid of what the other might say."

"Well, whatever the verdict, I think you two should make your three days here as memorable as possible." Lance said with a bit of a smirk.

"What are you trying to say?" Justin smiled.

"Oh, nothing. Just don't do anything I wouldn't do."

They finally turned back towards the table and started walking. "You're not as innocent as you look, Lance.

"I am very innocent. See the halo?" he motioned to his head.

Justin laughed as they returned to the table. "Yeah, between the horns. I see 'em alright."

"Between what horns?" Chris asked with a strange look on his face.

Lance replied quickly as he sat down. "The ones that are growing from your goatee."

"Ha ha. That was funny." he answered with sarcasm as he grabbed a french fry. Everyone laughed and continued with their conversations.

Mya, Amy, Drew and Justin all returned back to Bellwood later that afternoon. Mya's mother had the house ready for them, the kitchen all decked out with snacks and a stocked refrigerator. The living room curtains were closed and the TV was ready for a few DVD's that her mother had rented earlier.

"Mom, you didn't have to go all out." Mya said as she dug into the bowl of pretzels.

"Hey this is once in a lifetime. I love having company. Plus I dug out the camera for some pics."

Mya rolled her eyes. "Oh no. Not me."

"C'mon," her mother reassured her. "Soon you will have your face plastered all over the country, so get used to it."

"Ugggh, how can you be so optimistic?" she asked as Justin walked up to her and put his arm around her waist. Amy and Drew made their way into the living room.

Her mom became serious as she stood at the other side of the island bar that sat in the middle of the kitchen. "Because this was your dream since you were a little girl and sometimes dreams come true. Just believe in yourself and you will make it happen."

Mya smiled lightly. "Thanks mom. Sounds like something Justin would say."

"She's true though. I know exactly what she means." Justin replied as he looked down at her.

"I'm gonna go get a movie started." her mother finished as she walked out the room.

"I'm afraid, Justin." Mya said to break the sudden silence as she dipped back into the bowl of pretzles.

Justin turned her towards him. "Of what?"

Mya sighed. "Of not getting the part and not being able to see you anymore."

Justin leaned over and gave her a hug. "No matter what happens, you will always be with me." he said over her shoulder.

Mya broke away and looked into his glistening blue eyes. "Really?"
"If you don't get the part, I still want you to be in L.A. with me. You can stay with me if you'd like. Periodically I will have to come back to Orlando to do music and then you can come back and visit your mom or whatever."

"Yeah, that's sounds really good." she smiled slightly.

"Don't worry though, you'll get the part." he whispered as he leaned into her and gave her a soft warm kiss.

Mya licked her lips as the softness of his kiss was all too surreal. "We don't get to do that too often."

"We can make up for that." he whispered again in a sultry voice. It was almost as if the temperature had turned up a couple notches.

"C'mon guys!" Amy yelled from in the living room. The sound of her voice had interrupted the passionate thoughts that flowed between them.

"C'mon lets go." Mya said to him as she grabbed his hand and led him into the living room.

It was 1 a.m. in the morning when Mya awoke from her sleep. Everyone had crashed on the living room floor after the movies were over. Her mother had left everyone there when she went to bed.

The humid air made Mya finally get up for a glass of water. The heat wasn't as bad in L.A. and she wasnt prepared for the uncomfortable air in the house. A heat wave had washed over most of Florida and Mya was not used to sleeping without an air conditioner.

She quietly walked outside on the patio and listened to the soft rumbling of the ocean as the waves tumbled to the sand. A slight breeze was blowing which made it seem cooler outside than it did inside.

The cold water in the pool tempted Mya as she leaned down to test it. She looked behind her to the house. The curtains on all of the huge windows were closed so she took her clothes off and jumped in the pool.

The soft blue lights under the water illuminated her body as she gently waded back and forth from one end to the other. The water rushed out of the spitters on the shallow end and she leaned up to it as it gently massaged the back of her neck. She closed her eyes. Everything was so quiet.

Suddenly there was a rustling in the water. Her eyes shot open. Justin was in the water in front of her. She quickly blinked twice hoping that it was real. It was so much like her dream that she used to have. And, it was all the same. His muscles glistened against the lights. He had a steamy look in his eyes. She looked around and this time everything was for real.

"Justin?" she whispered.

"Yeah baby?" he asked right before he ducked his head under the water. He came back up completely soaked. The water dripped off of his head. Mya looked at him with desire.

"Come here." she said quickly.

He walked up to her slowly. She reached out to him. She touched his silky soft skin. She ran his hands over his chest and over his ripling abs. He leaned against her. Mya's adrenaline raced as she felt his bare body against hers. He passionately kissed her like he never had kissed her before.

He pulled away from her and looked deep into her eyes. She knew what he was saying and what he was feeling just by looking at his expressionate face. But, this time he didn't fade away. This time she didn't have to wake up from her dream. He leaned back into her and kissed her again. In one moment they quickly became one. Their night would be a long one.

"The guys will be here any minute." Justin said to everyone as he flipped his cell phone off.

Amy and Drew left in the morning and did their thing most of the day as Justin and Mya went off and did theirs. As soon as Justin got off the cell, Amy and Drew returned for the bar b-que and chicken on the grill.

"Hey guys!" Mya yelled from the living room.

"Mya, you are not going to believe who I just saw!" Amy yelled as she ran down the hallway.

"If you say Brady then I hope you told him I'm still in L.A."

"I did see him, but, Jess was with him." she said as she sat exhaustedly down on a chair.

"What? My God, I wish she would just leave me alone!" Mya exclaimed as she walked towards the kitchen.

"I hope they don't plan to start any drama." Drew jumped in.

Mya sighed as she walked into the kitchen where her mother was getting the food ready. "The guys will soon be here."

"What did you mean about Jess leaving you alone?" she changed the subject.

Mya sat down on a chair by the bar. "Well, Jess showed up in L.A. just to get on my nerves. She has to cause trouble everywhere I go."

"She came all the way to L.A. just to get in the way?"

"Well, she told me all about Brady and the car and she said that she was auditioning for the movie but I think she just said that to piss me off."

"I can't believe she would waste her time coming out there just for that."

Mya gave her a strange look. "You know how she is mom. Since when did you take her side?"

"I'm not taking her side. I just thought maybe she changed her ways."

"I hardly doubt she would change her ways when she just helped Brady trash my car."

"Ok, ok. I'm sorry." her mother apologized.

Mya paused before she continued. "I told everyone about me and Jess being sisters."

Her mother stopped what she was doing and looked up at her. "Are you sure that is what you wanted to do?"

"C'mon mom, we are all adults now. I think we can handle it. Besides, Jess was trying to use that against me with Justin so I decided to just come out with it."

"Someday you can tell me all about what happened this past week in L.A. But, I think I need more than one day just to put all the pieces together." she shook her head just as the doorbell rang.

"They're here!" Mya yelled as she jumped off the stool and ran to the door to greet the rest of the *NSYNC boys.

The sun was setting and a beautiful pink hue had casted its way across the sky. Everyone was gathered around in the living room telling stories as Mya once again made her way out to the patio.

"Hey what are you doing?" Justin asked as he stood behind her and put his arms around her waist. He leaned his chin on her shoulder and smelled her sweet perfume.

"I'm watching the sun set. It looks so nice tonight."

"Yeah, it does."

"I'm gonna go down on the beach. Come with me?" she asked as she turned her head to look back at him.

"Justin! Come here a sec!" Joey yelled as everyone inside laughed.

"They must be telling a story about me. Go on down. I'll be right there." he said quickly as he kissed her on the cheek and ran back inside.

Mya walked to the end of the pool and out of the gate. She took her shoes off and sank her feet into the sand. She inhaled the salty air and let the water flow around her toes.

"Well, Mya, long time no see."

She quickly turned around to see Brady standing a few feet away from her.

"What do you want?" she said quickly as she tried to make her way up to the gate.

"Hey wait!" he said, grabbing a hold of her. "We have unsettled business to take care of."

Mya's eyes turned wildly into fury. "I have nothing to take care of with you, so let go of me!"

"I don't think so babe!"

"Let go!" she yelled loudly, triggering Justin's attention in the house.

"You sent me to jail for your stupid car and now you are gonna get paid back." he added as he pulled out a switchblade.

"Are you crazy?"

"No, but you must have been, thinking you can mess with me like that." he said with a menacing voice as he held the switchblade up to her throat.

"If you do anything to her, I swear..." Justin threatened as he stood behind Mya.

"You swear what, tough boy?" he replied as he pushed Mya to the ground.

In one swift move, Justin was all over Brady. Punches were being thrown back and forth as everyone else ran down to see what the commotion was about. But, before they could open the gate, Justin fell backwards. With a high pitched scream he yelled in pain as Brady thrust his switchblade into his side.

"Justin!" Mya cried as she fell over top of him.

Before Brady could make a getaway, JC ran towards him and kicked the knife out of his hand and gave him a swift punch to the stomach.

"Is that all you little bubblegum pop guys got?" Brady invoked as he became breathless.

Before he could even finish the sentence, JC gave him an upper cut to the jaw which sent Brady a few feet back.

"You definately do not know who you were fuckin' with!" he swore just as Brady passed out cold.

"Justin, you are gonna be fine. Hang on for me, okay?" Mya cried as everyone leaned over them.

Justin held his hand over his side, which was cut deeply and pouring out blood quickly. The white sand that Justin layed on had now turned a softer shade of red. The amount of blood he was losing was unmistakable by the puddle that had grown underneath him. His face had almost immediately turned pale. His breathing had become quicker yet shorter.

"Ugghh, it hurts...really...bad." he studdered as he clinched his teeth in pain. His body started to shake from the trauma.

Mya's mother was already on the phone for an ambulance and had now called the police. The ambulance was heard as it was coming a few blocks away. It would have normally taken the ambulance five minutes to get there but her mother had to use Justin's celebrity status to get him some help as soon as possible. She felt a little guilty but it was the only way she could think of to save him.

"Justin, man, you hang on, you hear me?" Lance said nervously.

"I'll go wait for the ambulance." Joey volunteered as he quickly ran to the front of the house.

"I'm so cold." Justin shuttered.

Mya sobbed over him. Her tears were so thick that she could hardly see. "Stay with me, baby. Stay with me, okay?"

A tear escaped Justin's eye as his eyes began to slowly close. "Mya." he said softly with a whisper as he gripped her arm tightly.

"They're here!" Joey yelled as he ran down with the paramedics.

"Justin, they're here. You are gonna be fine!"

Justin immediately started coughing up blood. The situation was getting worse by the minute. The last thing he needed to do was close his eyes. But, before she could stop him, he was gone.
